because of the drama he keep scolding me idiot because i never reply! hahahaha. SORRY mr quek! but i'm just hooked on it luhhhhh. tough to stop okay.
okay, my life now is all about shopping shopping and more shopping. oh mannnnnn.
and my sony phone is giving way too much trouble that i have to go down SE cust serv for 4 times! the best part is the 2nd time when i go down, they told me 2 days after i can collect my phone. i recieved the sms too. and so, i went down! and thennnnnnnnnnnn the best part of the whole thing is, THE PHONE IS NOT DONE. IT IS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM! i really doubt if they really did repair my phone or just update software.
At the customer service center, there was this board saying i *se logo* great service. i really really think they should reaccess their slogan. great service? HAH!
Back to the story, so i send in my phone for repair again. the third time. See how irritating it is?! and its not like their service is so good. i love SE phone okay. previous SE phones i used, is really fantastic. no problem at all. but this k850i, you can see the difference between the good and the worst to the extreme. ok so they told me is the LCD problem and they dont have stock now so i have to wait for 2 weeks and i will get it before christmas! NONSENSE. THEY DONT DO WHAT THEY PROMISE. FUCK IT. not even responsible to call to say that i will have to wait longer. i waited 3 weeks-a month! fuck it fuck it! New year eve i went down to ask. Didn't know that it was half day work, me,crystal and hy still went in. the manager was.........idk what to say. i was just very unsatisfied. great service? bullshit. not like as if im unreasonable. i send it in for likeeeeeeeeeee 4 times already. im just irritated that this phone which is still within its warranty date is giving so much problem! They dont even want to change the phone for me! then i got the phone back.
and just 3 days back, the phone went dead again. fuck. 4th time. irritated, i went back. the lady name roselyn, she was great. patient and understanding. this is what i call great service. despite being shouted at and getting scolded, she stay calm and explain it to me. unlike the manager.
she can even understand the fact that SE DON'T DO WHAT THEY PROMISED LIKE GIVING BACK MY PHONE 2 WEEKS LATER BEFORE CHRISTMAS. if they actually call and tell me i have to wait longer, i wouldn't be soooooooooooo angry.
okay, sooo the 4th time they change the mother board. i hope no problems! :D
This is a really bad experience at SE cust serv center @ wisma.
If the phone give me more problems despite a change of motherboard, tata. i'd enough. case it shall be. mark my words.
